Cllr. Aiden Wells

Aiden is our local councillor for Glebe ward having been elected in May 2023.

Aiden has lived in Glebe all his life and works as a product engineer having studied Mechanical Engineering at Lincoln College. His background also includes working in the charity sector as well as a retained firefighter for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue.

Aiden is very proud of his roots in the Glebe and St Giles area which shows with his hands on approach to tackling the issues locally. Commonly seen litter picking and cleaning graffiti, he is a strong voice for Glebe at City Hall. Aiden is passionate about improving local services including a drive to establish more community led programmes for all residents.

In his spare time, Aiden enjoys football, hiking and water sports.
